I know there are reasons behind the removal of XP access for SBI. But it happens a lot that we dont have any SBI guy on server.
So I was thinking about putting back XP access for SBI but at high level.
Because, by example, a county boar member got more rights in terms of arrest than a SBI. So why cant a county board member be SBI. That would add some people the ability to become SBI but not too much.
Also, to keep the pay users some advantage, you could have something like : if the team is under 2 ppl, XP access ppl can join, if there's already 2 or more ppl in the team, only pay users can join (idk, thats an example but I think that could work).
