Add GPS Navigation Commands for Postal Codes and Locations

Add postal codes and a command like /postal - ### that when executed sets directions to that postal on the gps, or make a command like /goto - location name that sets directions in the gps to go to that location. Also make the rto look more organized and less delayed.
