Survivability Bonus for Police Soft Body Armor with Movement Tradeoff

Police Soft Body Armor

I suggest giving police soft body armor a small survivability bonus against torso shots. To balance this, officers wearing it would have a slight movement speed or stamina penalty due to the added weight.

Why?

  • Makes soft body armor useful instead of mostly cosmetic.
  • Gives officers a better chance to survive an initial exchange of gunfire.
  • Introduces a realistic tradeoff between protection and mobility.
  • Keeps headshots and limb injuries unchanged, preserving the current damage system.
