Constitutional Rework | Allow SBI Police to act more as a security division (similar to its actual counterpart, the FBI Police) of the Bureau by being allowed to enforce the no loitering zone outside of the building as well as being allowed basic police officer authority while operating in the James K. Polk Building (as it is currently, SBI Police would have to call local to enforce their own rules due to them being not being violent felonies or capital charges).
