Add Interactive Mall Jobs, Gun Store, and Walmart in Florence

Florence needs more things to do, add a gun store like promised ages ago, make all the jobs in the mall interactive, you could change the security thing in the mall to Vix so it also gives Vix more places to patrol and make the Walmart interactive too.
