Add Bolt-Action Rifles, SMGs, Semi-Auto Shotguns, and Car Chop Shop for Selling Stolen Vehicles

I would like to see more rifles such and bolt actions and I would like to see smgs and semi automatic shotguns. I would also like to have more ways to illegal make money like if you steal a players car you can take it to a chop shop and sell it for 60% the car’s value.
