a bail feature, like the user or someone else can pay a set bond for release which can be on house arrest with a ankle monitor and provided address, breach of that = Leo alert + tracking, and other bond type conditions also I think a court system would be cool, like a judge reviews the charge + evidence and decides if the person is jailed or not!
