Re-implementing the magazine tracking , and adding it for detectives aswell , also adding more forensics, including gunpowder residue , fingerprints on discarded weapons (as ive seen dropped knifes before) , actually having a serial number to search in the CAD (once the gun license system is in play) giving this to detective rank in FCPD and SGT and above for HCSD would allow for them to investigate without needing SBI to come from miles away.
