Enhanced Private Server Customization and Ownership Permissions

Private Server Functions:

  • Allow private servers to be able to customize teams, names, etc.
  • Allow Private Server Owners permissions to do everything.
  • Private servers do not log whatsoever within the main server database. Upon leave, it forgets everything that happens in a private server.
  • Allow people to run a server which this would be better than ER:LC with the system
  • Allow all teams to be available to the owner of the server, including all the unlockables too. The paid vehicles shall remain paid, but Port Police should be unlocked.
