Should add more features to the phone such as an ingame camera and a twitter ish type of thing where you can post pictures from your ingame camera and text to make it easier to do stuff as a civ/criminal such as being a hitman or whatever it might be, it would make things easier to find people and make it more interesting, on top of that adding more contacts to the phone or adding so you can make new contacts would be great because you can't really use the phone much other than strikepoint unless I'm missing something.
