Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn in as VSU Health at Mann Memorial or Milano hospital.
2. Spawn in any ambulance (not the utility unit).
3. Press J and F to turn on ELS and sirens. Only L for the scene lighting works.

Explanation

Both lights and sirens for the VSU Health ambulances does NOT function
