Broken K9 Meshes in Project Ventura

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join Project Ventura.
2. Go onto HCSD or VHP.
3. Click the K9 Brick.
4. Spawn any K9, tested this on all 3 personally.
5. Look at the K9's meshes.

Explanation

K9 meshes do not properly load, causing a broken appearance - happens with VHP & HSCD K9, unable to check on FCPD as the FCPD K9 spawners are broke.
