I purchased 2 silver keys but they were not reflected in game.

I bought 2 silver keys for 90 gems and it took the gems but didnt give me the keys

I bought bronze keys with gems and I didn't recieve the keys but were charged gems

I purchased 2 silver keys but did not receive them. Gems were deducted.
