can't visit other farms. I have a ticket and I've given it to the train conductor but he doesn't go anywhere when I press the button to use my ticket it simply closes and nothing happens

went to use a train ticket, went to the other farm said that i was not able to collect and then took my ticket didnt receive my items and i didnt get the ticket back
