Reward Not Received After Attempting to Collect in Tropical Island
Did not receive reward from Tropical Island. 2 x Bronze Key & 2 x Paint Brush. When I attempted to collect reward game momentarily disconnected and reconnected but reward was not received.

Unavailable Jungle Pass and Missing Rewards on Left Island
Im not able to get the pass. It is grayed out. Im not even getting the free rewards on the island on the left side. How do I get what I have earned and the pass?

Tropical Pass Not Received Despite Claim
Tropical pass
claimed it, but I didn't receive it.
I clicked on the pass rewards, and it showed that they were claimed, but nothing actually happened to him.
