Steps to Reproduce
- Maybe I was supposed to buy it earlier
- I honestly have no idea other than that
Explanation
It's not allowing me to buy more land, and saying I'm not a high enough level to buy the land the quest is telling me to (or rather the symbol is there and just doesn't do anything)
