Missing 75 Energy Post 'Claim' Button Press in Jungle Island Event

Steps to Reproduce
- Go to the jungle island event progress screen.
- Complete the event tasks until the progress bar reaches 75 energy reward.
- Press the 'Claim' button while in the main location.
- Notice that the game briefly lags due to internet connection, and the 75 energy is not added to my account. The reward does not appear anywhere, and I never receive it.
Explanation
During the jungle island event, I won 75 energy, but after pressing the “Claim” button, the energy was not added to my account. Could you please issue the missing 75 energy?
