Steps to Reproduce
- Merge two arrow upgrade cards
- Observe that two 3-arrow upgrade cards are created
Explanation
You are able to create two 3-arrow upgrade cards, when you shouldn't be able to have more than 1 3-arrow upgrade card at any time. Low severity, just a very minor bug I found while playing and happened to get lucky.
