1. randomly numerous times in game - every time I play

Explanation

This goes along with my previous post about problems after updates

Items at bus stops and other locations are being buried underground and you can not retrieve them. 2 Screen shots below shot the high level of soil in a bus stop and then one with the night vision goggles you can see $$$ and other things buried under it - you can not grab or take them.
