Steam Reports Game as Running After Exit
When quitting the game, steam still says it's open. When I press stop its stuck on "STOPPING" while the play time keeps increasing until I close and relaunch steam with the task manager

Game Not Closing Properly - Steam Still Reports Running
I went to close the game, however Steam says it is still running, but in my Task Manager Process' it isn't there.
