Steps to Reproduce

1. Not sure how it was created, but it only started showing up in later half of the run
2. where I accumulated multiple ability cooldown reduction upgrades.
3. It was hard to pinpoint since every time it happened, I was in the middle of very chaotic situations,
4. but I suspect it has something to do with Adrenaline Charger.

Explanation

Rogue core Retcon UI bug
Playing a match as Retcon, the bar of my rewind sometimes stay orange even after I activated it. The rewind was indeed in effect, but the bar stays a full orange, until much later where it turns blue and showed its actual remaining time.
