Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip leadstorm (machine gun)
2. Equip the upgrade that makes your weapon have 30% less spread when standing still.
3. Check if the bug occurs.
4. If bug does not appear, apply multiple of the upgrade and see if it happens since I did have it 3 times when I came across the bug
5. More of a side note, during this time (I have no idea if it had anything to do with the upgrade) I could not access the terrain scanner or use the laser pointer

Explanation

So I came across a bug where the upgrade that reduces recoil when standing still by 30% breaks the leadstorm, making it instead just be at maximum spread when staying still
