I’ve restarted my game, restarted my controller and Xbox, I’ve tried a different controller, and nothing is working.

Explanation
I load into the new map, and for whatever reason I can crouch, use hand movements, flashlight, if someone comes close enough I can heal, and I can wiggle and be hooked, but I cannot move at all, or look around, and I’ve been reported for inactivity, but there was nothing I could do.
