Explanation
Hello again! This is probably the third report I have sent, even after the map tryouts ending and the new event coming out, I still haven't seen any changes. I am now timed out from matches for a day because I checked to see if it would let me play and had to abandon the match so at least a bot would be able to contribute to my team. I have not a clue as to what I am supposed to do in this situation, and don't know if I should just uninstall and reinstall the game but I wouldn't be able to test it afterwards as to if it would fix anything as I would be timed out for until tomorrow. I am really hoping this report will bring the issue farther up into your radar, I am an Xbox player and have loved this game since I got it and I would really just like to be able to play in an event I desperately need at the moment for my characters, but I cannot as I still can't even move my screen nor my character. Im really hoping this can be fixed soon, thank you.
