Steps to Reproduce

1. Hook Survivor or Be Hooked
2. Unhook the Survivor
3. Survivor cannot escape

Explanation

There is possible multiple bugged hooks on Crotus Prenn Asylum, I was playing a Match of Blood Moon and a fellow survivor was Hooked, when I reached said Survivor to remove him from the hook, his model was displaced from its usual location so I thought nothing of it and proceeded to unhook this survivor, after unhooking the survivor he was placed inside of the hook for the remainder of the game unable to escape and the killer could not do anything to the survivor, this is a Gamebreaking bug that could ruin another's enjoyment of the game so I believe that this map should be taken into consideration of Kill-Switching until the bug is properly fixed, the Tile in Question was a Tile of Half Walls as well as Debris by the Hook, hopefully that gives better understanding towards the problematic Tile and makes it easier to recreate under testing to remedy the issue
