Actual Result:	Dracula's Wolf Form has no reverse movement speed penalty for backpedaling, and he is free to move at 115%-120% movement speed forwards and backwards.
Expected Result:	When in Wolf Form, Dracula is supposed to have a movement speed penalty to backpedaling.

Transform into Wolf Form
Move backwards
Observe him move faster than intended

Explanation

Dracula's no longer has a backwards-movement speed penalty when attempting to backpedal in Wolf Form. He now moves at full speed, with both forwards and backwards movement.
