Steps to Reproduce

1. Play Pig
2. Equip the Video Tape add-on
3. Note how at the start of the trial, none of the Survivors have a trap on their heads
4. Note how all four traps are in your inventory, as if you did not bring any add-on at all

Explanation

Pig's iridescent add-on "Video Tape" is broken and does absolutely nothing.

This add-on is supposed to make all four Survivors start with a Reverse Bear Trap already on their heads. Currently, however, this is not the case. The effect is not applied and all four traps are still in your inventory at the start of the trial. It is as if you did not bring an add-on at all.
