Lighting does not consistently blink before generator completion. After generator completion, lights only briefly blink and then turn off instead of staying on. Issue is present in both the portal room and second floor (Eleven’s room area).

Steps to Reproduce
- Load into Hawkins National Laboratory.
- Visit the portal room and observe lighting before generator completion.
- Observe lighting after generator completion.
- Repeat the same checks on the second floor near Eleven’s room.
Explanation
Lighting issues are occurring in multiple areas of the Hawkins Lab map. Specifically, both the portal room and the second floor area where Eleven’s room is located have incorrect light behavior.
Before generator completion: lights should continuously blink in affected areas.
After generator completion: lights should remain fully turned on.
However, the current behavior is inconsistent and incorrect in both areas.
