Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip Frosty Eyes cosmetic

Explanation

Houndmaster Frosty Eyes cosmetic does not work, even with it equipped her head appears as the default skin. This is true in menus and in game, when moriing survivors you get a clear view of her face and the frosty eyes are not present. Tested frosty eyes on other killers and it works for them.
