- Usually took 3 matches before the game crashed
- Resulted in DC penalties
Explanation
Hello.
I am reporting a bug that occurs only on the Xbox Series X platform that causes random crashes since the 9.6.0 update (released on 28. 4.).
This bug doesn't happen to me since I play on Epic Games but few of my friends that play on Xbox Series X have this issue for over a month now.
The crashes never happened in lobby, only when we were in game either playing Survivor or Killer during 2v8 (in the first two weeks). The frequency of the crashes was usually after playing 3 matches but sometimes it happened one game after waiting out the penalty or much later.
Xbox Series X players are unable to play the game like this because of the constant penalties that they've been getting because of the game crashing. That means they have missed out on 2v8 and other events but they may really soon miss out on the 10th Anniversary Event. Until a fix of the bug is deployed would it be possible to disable DC penalties for these players?
