Explanation
Spine Chill's current description both provides completely incorrect information, and does not provide sufficient information to understand the perk's function after the perk rewrite update.
The perk information claims that the perk generates a sound cue. Spine Chill has never once had a sound cue in it's entire history, and still doesn't; it seems it was potentially confused with Premonition, which has an inverted function (you stare at the killer) that does generate a sound cue.
The perk states that if the killer is within 36 meters and is looking at you, you get a long list of benefits (all of which are 6% speed increases for action speeds). While this is correct, it fails to mention that the killer needs Direct Line-Of-Sight, which is pertinent to understanding and utilizing the perk correctly.
