'For the People' perk fails to prompt healing after first use

Actual Result:	sometimes it doesn't show the prompt when you heal teammates
Expected Result:	you should be able to see the "For the people" prompt while healing teammates

Additional Notes & Comments:	Sometimes you can make the prompt appears again by stop healing then start healing again. It is just not showing the prompt at the first moment you heal teammates at second use of the perk

Steps to Reproduce

1. bring 1.For the people 2.Vigil 3. We're Gonna Live Forever 4. Built to Last
2. healed teammates by For the people (First time using this perk)
3. heal yourself
4. try to heal teammates by FTP again

Explanation

When you use the perk "For the People" , the first time you use this perk to instantly heal the teammate in the dying state, there is no problem or any issue with it. But the second time you trying to heal the same teammate(not very sure about does that matter or not ) that you already healed, it is just not showing the "For the people" prompt, maybe this also happens on different people
