Steps to Reproduce

1. Unequip all or some perks from the loadout
2. Restart the Game

Explanation

Whenever i unequip perks on a survivor or killer or change the perks to other, the game will automatically put those perks back into the loadout whenever i restart the game in any means. It happens even when i play a match with other perks or none.
