Additional Notes & Comments:	At the 0:26-0:27 second mark in the attached video you can briefly see the aura start to appear but then immediately go away again, I'm not really sure what's causing this to break

Steps to Reproduce

1. Activate NOED
2. Hit a survivor with a basic attack to reveal the effect to survivors
3. Have the survivor go near the NOED totem and they will not see the aura

Explanation

The Hex: No One Escapes Death totem aura is not being revealed properly to survivors within its aura range.
