Actual Result:	No bloodpoints earning, even if I spend bloodpoints in the web. It's frozen.
Expected Result:	I should be getting bloodpoints, because 5 millions base + 10 millions from code redeeming = 15 millions. But I cannot earn bloodpoints even if I spend 200.000 in the bloodweb

Steps to Reproduce

1. 5 millions base cap + 10 millions from a code = 15 millions. But the game doesn't allow me to get there.
2. Tried spending 200.000 bloodpoints to see if that fixed the problem. It did not, instead staying frozen in a now lower amount of bloodpoints
3. I still get bloodpoints from the tome rewards, but 0 from games.

Explanation

Since hours BEFORE the Jason patch, my bloodpoints earning froze. The cap is 5 million + 10 millions from a code = 15 millions. But I am not able to get more bloodpoints, no matter if I spend 2000 or 200000 bloodpoints in the web, I can only get them from tome rewards. With how much I've been playing and how well I perform as a killer, I'd have already gotten 2 more millions in BP, because after hitting the real cap I'd just have spent some and kept re-earning them over and over until the anniversary sales finally begin. I've already sent a report ticket to Behaviour, but I've been ignored for more than 36 hours already. Please, I want to be able to earn BP. Please, fix it already.
