Steps to Reproduce

1. Select Book 22
2. Fourth Mission Page
3. Select the mission on 2 White Glyphs
4. On match take the glyph
5. Drop it
6. Then you teleport

Explanation

You teleport after selecting the white Glyph, on the Book page 22, fourth page of the mission, and by choosing the white Glyph, and dropping it on the ground. You appear in an unacessed area, and have to fall in order to appear again in the map. Sometimes you can't go back unless you quit or the game ends. I captured it on my account Kingstyle93 on Xbox Cloud Gaming, so no hacks or cheats on my part.
