Steps to Reproduce

1. Get to the second level of Tome 18
2. Start the Glyph Cartaker Challenge
3. Enter a game
4. Find and interact with the Glyph
5. Drop the Glyphs Item and you'll Teleport

Explanation

Tome 18 on level 2 the Glyph Cartaker Challenge as a Survivor. When you start the challenge, entering a game and interacting with the Glyph and dropping it will cause you to teleport out of the map
