Inability to heal during event mode with Strength in Shadows and exhaustion

Additional Notes & Comments:	I just came across this bug, so I cannot really say whether this is reproducible or not; I just documented what occured and what I did leading to this result.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Trickster's Delusion basement (during current event)
2. Attempt to heal using Strength in Shadows in basement while holding a plate
3. Have exhaustion from Mindbreaker.

Explanation

Sable Perk: Strength in Shadows.
Map: Trickster's Delusion
During event mode and while in basement trying to heal, it would not allow me to heal. The heal bar would show up, but as a full red bar. As for what was affecting me when I noticed, I had an event plate in my hand. I did not have any boons nor buffs. But I did have exhaustion on me from Mindbreaker. Prior to that, I had taken a cure from Nemesis' box. Other interactions if at all to mention I had been hooked previously but nothing out of the spectrum of normal gameplay.

Side note: I can't recalled the name of the type of buff the event plate was, I just know it was a sandwich or looked like sandwich or some kind of bread on the plate.
