Explanation
I don't know if it's on this map that Ormond is or another one, but the killer The Cenobite gets bugged under the ground so only half of his body is visible. This happens when the survivor uses the cube on the lower floor; on the upper floor he appears. I hope they fix it and I hope my description helps.
