Pinhead consistently spawns clipped halfway into the map floor or partially under the terrain. Movement is completely disabled: The killer cannot walk, strafe, turn, or reposition in any way. Attacks remain functional: Basic melee attacks and chain abilities can still be used normally. A second teleport (to the box or another valid target) temporarily unstucks the character and restores movement. Repeating the teleport to the box after becoming unstuck consistently reproduces the same clipped/stuck state. This occurs across multiple maps and persists through the match when using the box teleport.

Steps to Reproduce
- Play as The Cenobite (Pinhead) in any match.
- Have a Survivor pick up and begin solving the Lament Configuration.
- Use the teleport ability to travel to the box.
- Upon arrival, test movement (forward/back/strafe/turn) and attack inputs.
- Use a second teleport to unstuck, then repeat the process.
Explanation
When playing as The Cenobite (Pinhead), teleporting to a Survivor who is solving the Lament Configuration (the box) consistently causes the killer to spawn partially clipped into the ground or under map geometry. In this state, movement is completely disabled (cannot walk, strafe, turn, or reposition), but basic attacks and chain abilities remain functional. A second teleport to the box (or another valid target) is required to become unstuck and regain mobility. However, performing another teleport to the box after being freed often reproduces the exact same stuck state. This issue occurs repeatedly across many different maps and significantly hampers Pinhead’s core teleport-based pressure playstyle.
