Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip the Video Tape addon alongside one of the aforementioned debuff addons
2. Load into a match as The Pig
3. Check if survivors have debuffs

Explanation

Pig's addons that inflict debuffs (Utility Blades, Face Mask, Slow-Release Toxin, Rusty Attachments) do not apply if used alongside the Visceral rarity "Video Tape" addon
