Steps to Reproduce

  1. Have a lobby of minimum 3 survivors and 1 killer in order to best demonstrate what is happening. We will refer to these survivors as Survivors A, B, and C
  2. Have the killer injure Survivor A
  3. Have survivor B heal survivor A. This will add Survivor B in to what will be referred to as the "global deathbound group" or GDG for short
  4. Have the killer injure survivor A again
  5. Have survivor B be away from both the killer and survivors A and C. This is not required for the bug to occur, but helps with demonstrating the effect
  6. Have survivor C heal survivor A. This will add Survivor C into the GDG. At this point, despite not participating in the heal at all, survivor B will also scream and create a loud noise notification because they are also in the GDG at this time
  7. Have the killer injure survivor C. Because survivor C and B are both currently in the GDG, this will cause survivor B to scream and create a loud noise notification

Explanation

Normally, Deathbound only causes Survivors to scream after a Survivor finishes healing another survivor. However, if multiple Survivors are affected by Deathbound, then injuring a Survivor who has been afflicted with Deathbound can make the other affected Survivors scream AND create a loud noise notification.
