1. Use Save The Best For Last on Cenobite
2. Attach a possessed chain to the obsession

Explanation

When using Save The Best For Last on Cenobite, using a regular chain on the obsession loses stacks. Again on a regular possessed chain not on a chain with Engineer's Fang, so the obsession doesn't take damage but the perk still loses 2 stacks anyways.
