Missing 'Match Start' Voicelines for Specific Characters

Expected Result:	All characters who have "match start" voicelines should say them at the start of every match like Nicolas Cage, other Walking Dead characters, Alan Wake, etc

Additional Notes & Comments:	Attached is a single video clip complied of all three characters listed above as not saying their voicelines when the match starts. These characters do say their voicelines ocassionally, but it's not clear when they do or when they don't. This bug has been around for a long time, almost several months now. I showed Black Banquet matches to show how recent the bug is. Subtitles were also enabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select certain characters like Rick Grimes, Lara Croft, and Geralt of Rivia
2. Start a match, either regular or event
3. Characters do not speak despite waiting

Explanation

Certain characters such as Rick Grimes, Lara Croft, and Geralt of Rivia do not play their "match start" voicelines at the start of the match. This has been going on for several months now.
