Expected Result:	Receive the achivement "Stranger Sightings" after the killer's aura is read or revealed 11 times.

Additional Notes & Comments:	I've now met the requirement for this achievement at least five times. It has not been rewarded.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip the perks Alert, Fogwise, Poised, Streetwise
2. Count each individual aura read that happens, discounting any that proc while another perk's aura reveal is active
3. Do not receive the achievement
4. Try again

Explanation

Stranger sightings will not proc despite being over the limit of required aura sightings/reveals for the achievement. I've thus far had the highest count of seventeen reveals without it rewarding me the achievement.
