Rebalance 'Fast Play Tactical Rifle' to Enhance Competitive Viability
The Vantos reintroduces fast play like we loved from the game originally, the issue's you've introduced to it are that it is forced to still be a boring, slow paced weapon.
The price is ridiculous with it costing almost as much as a Vezin and Marui while both of those weapons outclass it by miles. The obvious fix is since you want to call it a "tactical rifle" and lump it in with the much cheaper and more viable weapon the Cadillo it should cost the same amount.
You have 2 weapons on complete opposite sides of play similar to the Vezin and Marui but one is just better because it doesn't cost a fortune to buy. You have the opportunity to bring both long range and fast paced fights to both audiences that love long range and holding angles and those who want to play fast and open sites but you aren't creating that branch.
Similar to my last point about the Cadillo just being better, it fires much faster with single shot headshot at ANY range. The weapon you've now created only shows that you want to further solidify your long range superiority in gunplay which is not a good idea at all. You can have a slow paced game if you would like that, it is your game. But making a weapon that just adds nothing with false hope of what we once had will never be something that sees a real competitive scene. You made a gun that isn't meant for angles and isn't meant for prefiring but instead running in and getting your picks quickly based on gunskill alone, it has so much potential.
To summarize what needs to happen to fix this weapon:
Price needs to be dropped significantly to match the Cadillo
The time between firing needs to be increased so it doesn't become useless after missing one shot.
If you have a rifle, I do not care which rifle it is and it does not matter if it is a game or real life, a rifle WILL instantly kill someone at point blank range if they are shot in the head. There is no point in having every other rifle, save for the Auril which is widely viewed as useless by the community, be one shot to the head and then adding a new one that is not.
As someone who loves this weapon already and can see the potential and the idea behind it, you have done it wrong and given the community a bad taste of it. I want to see this weapon be viable in the competitive scene whether it's in leagues or in ranked. You have an opportunity, please take it.
