Adjust weapon balance across classes before adding new features

Balance the game before adding features.

Each gun needs to have a pro and a con to using it. Currently as it sits the only gun in each weapon class worth having is the last unlocked gun. I see a lot of great feature ideas here in these channels but none of them are going to work well until the game sees SOME KIND of weapon balancing. Fighting against a C-Tac with any other sniper rifle, or fighting against a Clav with any other assault rifle, or the mag fed shotgun versus the tube fed. When you have to spend hours using these guns to get to the best ones you really start to notice just how off balanced these are. Guaranteed if you walk in to any fight with any class of weapon versus that last available unlock in that same class of weapons: You are loosing that fight unless your enemy messes up. Above all else this is ruining new player experience as the grind through the slog until you unlock the last assault, or the last sniper and so on is sometimes nearly unmanageable.
