Remove the ability to use lock on launchers in helicopters and Humvees whether as the pilot/driver or passenger

it ruins dogfights and is unfair to the pilot. every good Heli pilot i know is annoyed by this, its very skilless and even if im the better Dogfighter using the littlebirds cannon i still loose because i dont use the lock on launcher. Encountering someone in a Transport Chopper doing this is also really annoying because of how long it takes to kill them with littlebird. most of the time your fate is already decided when someone is using a Talon in a vehicle.
this also goes for when you maybe add a lock on anti tank launcher, should not be usable in a vehicle that would make killing tanks to easy in the AH6.

Keep the ability to use the RPG in vehicles tho, and while youre at it fix it going no where close to where youre aiming in Helis.

Lastly keep the use of lock on launcher on ATVs, Jetskis and the big boats, as those are vehicles were you can kill the occupants with the AH6 without having to destroy the vehicles itself.
