Make the maps come alive with varied objectives that benefit the team and flow of the match.
Secondary objectives away from the main points that give passive bonuses team wide or alternatively special vehicles or deployables

Radar array: every 60 seconds enemies are spotted for 5 seconds
Armory: once captured your team has access to a secured room offering 5 heavy weapons which can't be reloaded once taken the armory closes and a cooldown for 5 minutes (the idea a squad who gets it becomes shock troops) also you can resupply yourself there as infantry
Mechanized Fob: repairs vehicles on a repair pad and acts as an additional spawn point
Forward firing positions: a few fortified positions that have mortars scattered across the map to allow for more tactical assaults on bases.
These are just basic ideas but im sure you can come up with more interesting secondary objectives that dont remove tickets. Just to make the battle field feel more varied.
