Over powered team fix idea:
Honestly I feel like it's almost impossible to find a match where the teams are fair so I have an two ideas.
If one team gets demolished like they had 200 less tickets or couldn't even take the first point in rush this would activate. The game could make a leader board of all players from both teams. Then the teams would be split up best player goes on one team the second player goes on the other team and so on going all the way down the list.
Also make a bonus for players finishing the round that is a higher amount the more things you do to encourage players to stay the whole round so you don't get in a situation where half of your team left and now it's even more unfair.
